Rent must always be paid in advance no later than the last weekday of every month. You will be charged a reminder fee if the rent is paid after the end of the month. If the rent has not been paid by the 10th of the month, the matter will be handed over to our collection agency. You will then also incur charges from the collection agency, such as debt collection costs under the Compensation for Debt Collection Costs Act and interest for delay under the Interest Act.
Failure to make payment can result in you being at risk of eviction from the apartment.
Your rent advice notices will be sent out four times per year. You will receive an email for each notice. The notice will be attached to the email as a PDF document together with a link to your notice. It may be a good idea when you receive these emails for your forthcoming notices to save them all on your computer or set them up directly with your Internet bank. If you do this you can be sure that you have received all of your forthcoming rent advice notices and that they will be paid on time.
