Our apartments range from 23.7 m2 to 66 m2 in size, and are designed for one to two people. Most of the apartments are one-room apartments with a kitchenette and bathroom. We offer twelve-month leases from SEK 4,208 to 11,480 per month. All of the apartments are rented unfurnished. They are equipped with fully tiled bathrooms, a kitchenette with two burners, a microwave with grill function, fridge and freezer. The rent includes electricity, broadband and cable TV.
Student apartments
You must be a student at university, a higher education institution or municipal adult education in Stockholm or the County of Uppsala in order to able to live at Kista Studentbostäder. We conduct regular student accommodation assessments and the current qualification requirement for student accommodation is 15 higher education credits per semester or the corresponding for half-time studies.
Apartments for young people
You must be between the ages of 18 and 25 to apply for an ‘apartment for young people', and the tenancy agreement may be for no longer than four (4) years. However, a person who submits an expression of interest before reaching the age of 26 still falls within this age limit, which means in practice that the tenant in question may be 26 years old when the tenancy agreement is actually signed, provided they had not turned 26 at the time the expression of interest was submitted.
